We help decrease teacher burnout.
With 90% of teachers experiencing burnout (NEA Member Survey, January 2022), it is more important than ever to provide professional development opportunities to increase teacher retention. Our program teaches time-saving grading strategies that help reduce teacher burnout.
And we help foster student growth.
Our program provides research-based strategies that not only decrease teacher burnout but also help improve student performance and mental health.
